This website is mainly dedicated to interns, doctoral students and post-doc researches (« non-permanents ») of the Néel Institute. As we are located on the same CNRS campus as the LNCMI and the LPMMC, if you belong to these labs you will find plenty of useful information here as well!
If you are thinking about joining the Institut Néel (or LPMMC and LNCMI), we hope to convince you that our place is the right choice for you and that you will fit in with researchers from all over the world! The tab « incoming students » contains useful information that will facilitate your arrival as much as possible.
If you are already working here at the Institute, you will find all the information you may need to not get lost in the French administration, for healthcare or for your registration at the University. You will also find some pages about the lab life (events, non-permanents seminars, etc.) The pages about life in Grenoble will probably help you to organize your daily life and free time in the city.
If you cannot find the answer to your questions on this website, you may find them on the website of the Institut Néel, or on that of the University. You can also ask to the representative of non-permanents in the lab, or to the administrative assistant responsible for your department.
